After using this bag for over a month (for school), I'd give it a 4 out of 5 stars. It's spacious and has a lot of pockets to store my items and I love how sturdy it is. Plus, the colour combination is cute!I did take off a star because of the clasp that's supposed to keep the handles together when you use it as a handbag. It's difficult to open and I struggle unclasping it at times when I need to get something quick out of my bag, which is really inconvenient. I suppose it's good so someone won't be able to snatch anything from my bag, but it can be a hassle when I need to get something quickly. There's also a wire frame that keeps the bag's main opening in shape, but that makes it a little difficult for me to access my items since it feels like I can't open it all the way. It's not as big of a deal as it helps keep the bag in its form, I just wish it would open a little wider.I am a nurse and see clients in their homes. I needed a bag to bring lots of items to my on-site visits - laptop, blood pressure cuff, scale, notes, PPE, etc. This bag accommodates all of my equipment needs. So many pockets and sections! It looks great, too. The inside of the shoulder straps are nicely cushioned and the double zippered top opens extra wide. The only thing I don’t understand is the cable and port for charging an iPhone or other device. You have to supply your own power pack, so I don’t get what the point is of having an external port - you could charge your device inside of the backpack. That said, I am super happy with this functional and handsome bag!The BAGSWAN 15.6” backpack has all the features you expect to find in an expensive backpack at a very modest price.The bag is nylon with PU leather trim. It is water repellant. It looks great, is well made and should last for many years. It comes with a small utility bag for storing small items like earbuds, connection cables, writing instruments or make-up.There are plenty of storage compartments which make it a very efficient backpack. There is a small storage pocket in the front of the backpack with Velcro closure tabs and a “hidden” pocket on the back for storage of your phone or other small items. The main compartment will hold up to a 15.6” laptop. The interior has two pouch pockets and a large open area in the middle.There are elastic storage pockets on each side of the backpack suitable for water/juice bottles. On the rear is a strap which allows the backpack to slide over the carrying handle on your rolling luggage.The backpack has a build-in USB charger cord. You can store your digital equipment in the bag and connect it to an external charging source – this keeps your digital equipment safe and secure.The backpack has the normal shoulder straps and also small handles so you can carry like a carryon bag.This is a great backpack for school or work. It looks very nice. The nylon is easy to clean.This is a really cute backpack. I love the neutral color and the feel of it. It feels like a good quality material that’ll be relatively easy to clean by hand as long as nothing major happens. The mail stitching looks neat and like it would hold up well over extended use. Some of the pockets made from thinner material look like they could potentially fray but I don’t think it’s really a major concern here.There are a lot of pockets on this backpack and while I like most of them, I do wish both of the side pockets were closed all around rather than having one for tissues. My tissues don’t come in packs that can be pulled from like that so it’s essentially a pocket I can’t get much use out of since I would worry about things falling through the hole. I do really like the secret pocket on the back though, especially since it’s on the charger side so I can slip my electronics in there would they charge.The front pocket does feel a little tight and I do wish that the main compartment feels a bit tight as well. That is probably my biggest issue with this backpack. It does match the dimensions posted so make sure this size works for you. If you take a look at my last picture, I have a MacBook, a kindle fire, and a kindle paperwhite in those main pockets. They do take up a substantial amount of room on the inside. I do really like the padding on this part of the backpack though.Since I bought this for traveling, I probably should’ve checked for one with different dimensions but overall I am very excited to try it out. The straps feel like this will be comfortable to carry and it also has a luggage strap as well in case I want to set it on top of my rolling suitcase.I wasn't looking for a smaller backpack to use for work. This is very well made and looks like a professional bag. The one thing I didn't like is the one side pocket on the outside has a opening/slit in it. That's usually a feature on diaper bags so you can put a pack of baby wipes in the pocket and pull them out. This really isn't functional for a normal backpack. I like putting keys in the side pocket of my backpacks so I don't lose them and I need to be careful that I don't put it in the wrong side or I'd be afraid of my keys falling out. Overall it's a good backpack.I like how roomy it is. My laptop and notepads all fit very easily along with everything I probably don’t need to carry around but I do. Love the color! Nice that it works like a backpack and handle carry too.We have a toddler and no longer need ALL the stuff a newborn needs to haul around so it was new bag time. This one is fantastic! Top opens wide and has lots of compartments. The charging cable is very convenient. Overall styling doesn’t scream diaper bag and blends into any setting. Great bag!Can't wait to use this for work. Lots of pocket options and will hold so many things! Great quality and the perfect size for what I need
