I ordered this just a few days before my trip and I received it the day after I ordered. At first I thought it was a bit too compact but after I opened the package, it could fit everything I had from my old bag and still more could be fitted, including power bank to allow charging my device. Love the security pouch on the back and that there’s no zippers or flaps on the front. My 15.6 Dell fits comfortably in the secure laptop section and my reMarkable tablet fits in the smaller slot. Surprised to have a hidden umbrella/water bottle pouch on one side that could be stowed away when not needed. Also appreciate they also provided a cover to completely cover the bag in case of heavy rain. Highly recommended.I appreciated that this bag came in 3 sizes. I purchased the smallest (sized for the laptop you want to carry). I am taking my small IPad and I am a small woman (5'3") and this back pack is nicely sized, holds plenty and is very secure with all of the zippers on the inside (back side) of the pack. I am using this for a 3 week vacation.Good quality, I’m my brother liked it, but I ordered the 13inch one, and for travel it is too small, I would recommend the medium for personal item in a travel, I will order that one in the futureI used this backpack extensively during a recent trip to Europe. We were on public transportation quite a bit in close quarters where it would have been a bummer if someone stole my wallet. The main zipper is hidden when you're wearing the backpack, so it would take a very smooth criminal to take anything from it without your knowledge.The smaller compartment was handy for keeping things at the ready, particularly our passports when we needed to pull them out quickly through security lines and boarding airplanes.I love this for daytrips to hold electonics. I took it on a 4 day trip and found the 13 inch to be too small to travel comfortably and efficiently. I wish I would have got the next size up. I got the 13 because that's the size of my computer. I do like how there is no zipper on The outside.Great for traveling in crowded cities in Europe!The bag is nice. It is well made and has lots of pockets but it also has a pretty major design flaw that I didn’t think of before I bought it. The TSA lock should be at the top of the bag, not on the side. When the bag has anything bulky in it the zipper is exposed on the sides. And even when not full the lock is fully exposed (as in the picture). Any sly thief could cut the zipper sliders off and open the bag without you noticing. The lock should be at the top, behind your neck where it would be hidden nicely by the flap that’s there and by your head and neck. Still, for what it cost, it’s a very nice backpack. The lock is a huge benefit, despite the poor location, and the zipper placement is still much better than a standard backpack.This is one nice looking bag with right sized pockets, hidable bottle holder, and split flat design for when you need full accessibility.
