The laptop pouch is cushioned for protection and fits my 14" Lenovo well, with a little wiggle room for a larger laptop. The pockets in the front, sides, and inside have zippers that are sturdy and don't feel like they are going to break like some of my other backpacks have. The straps are easily adjustable and have comfortable padding. I am an average-sized guy and the backpack doesn't feel too big or too small, definitely large enough for anything you would bring to the average office. The only thing to note is that I wish the water bottle compartments were larger; they're quite shallow, so if you have a tall water bottle as I do, it will not stay in there securely; however, that said, this will be going with me to the office every day!" There is also a pocket on back padding, where I can keep important documents. The size is great; not too big, but I can fit two days worth of clothes for a quick trip.I purchased this several weeks ago and only just used it for a work/personal trip. I absolutely love it! It’s roomy and very comfortable. My only complaint is that the security zipper pull broke off the first time I opened it rendering it now unsecured. I hadn’t used it prior to the return window closing otherwise I would have simply exchanged it.Backpack seems to be made of good quality material. The stitching seems to be pretty good and it feels like it will hold up over time. The main compartment of the backpack has enough room for your laptop, power block, Mouse and a few other things and it seems to be pretty spacious. The hidden pocket in the back is really good for things like your passport and money. The side pockets are pretty small but it fits my badge for work very easily and it is quick to open. The side slots that hold your water bottle will hold my 16 oz Soda very easily. I think if you tried to put a much bigger bottle than a 20 oz it might be a little bit too big, so that may be a limitation for some people. The center pocket of the backpack is a good spot for paper items. The arm straps and padding on the back are both adequate and keep the backpack nice and comfortable.I love the design of this backpack and all of its features. There are several compartments, the padding around the lap is great. The compartments hold a standard water bottle, cell phone, keys, etc. There are inside compartments for a notepad, pens, etc.All in all I like this backpack a lot and it has become a daily work pack for me.I travel to different locations with my laptop and supplies. This medium sized backpack is perfect for my purposes. It has several pockets and the laptop sleeve is large enough for my laptop. It also has two side pockets for a smaller water bottle. The straps are padded and comfortable. I like it better than some of my name brand backpacks! Very pleased!So much better than expected. Durable and comfortable. Holds a lot without being over sized
